FERRAINOLA CUP IX FINALS SERIES
The American National Rugby League Semi Finals will see the top four seeded teams from the regular season face off in the most exciting playoff match ups in the history of the C.D. Ferrainola Cup.
Saturday, August 12
Glen Mills Bulls (1) v New Jersey Sharks (4) at Jack Pearson Stadium, Glen Mills Schools at 2pm
Connecticut Wildcats (2) v New York Knights (3) at Charlie Cassagrande Stadium, CT at 2pm
With both games featuring teams from respective conferences, Ferrainola Cup IX will present the top placed Lincoln Conference club facing the top placed Franklin Conference club on Saturday, August 19 at 7pm at Jack Pearson Stadium in Glen Mills, PA.
Defending premiers Glen Mills Bulls, will face a tough test against the perennial playoff contenders, the New Jersey Sharks. The Sharks will be desperate to finally break through and make the Championship Final after suffering a number of heart breaking losses in past semi finals. Number two seed, Connecticut Wildcats will be attempting to reach a fourth consecutive final by overcoming a resurgent New York Knights who want to return to Cup Final night having last appeared in 2002.
An exciting fortnight of Rugby League in America will present high quality entertainment as all four teams challenge to lift the C. D. Ferrainola Cup on August 19.
